Job summary

Smile Digital Health is seeking a Technical Implementations Lead to guide the delivery of complex healthcare data platform solutions for diverse customers. You will collaborate with core development, product management, solution architecture and support to drive performance, scalability, durability and security.

In this role you will manage technical projects, mentor engineers, and help optimize professional services profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Java and JavaScript development.
• Experience with Spring, REST, SQL, and Git.
• 3+ years designing, developing, and delivering software solutions independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to lead meetings and document ideas.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to support implementation projects and design technical solutions.
• Develop expertise in HL7, FHIR, OpenID Connect, Kubernetes, Java, JavaScript, JSON, XML.
• Balance priorities across concurrent projects and escalate when needed.
• Stay current with industry trends to guide client initiatives.
• Work with implementations, service, and account managers to improve profitability.
• Provide support to analysts and participate in on-call rotations.
• Contribute to RFIs and RFPs and optimize time reporting in NetSuite.
