Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is seeking an Agile Product Owner to lead backlog refinement, prioritize features, and ensure value delivery for our remote-first teams serving 300,000 members.

You will collaborate with sponsors, analysts, developers, and QA to align on needs, maintain a transparent backlog, and drive high-value capabilities while upholding confidentiality and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• CSPO or PSPO certification required.
• Minimum 3 years in Scrum/Kanban teams.
• Minimum 1 year leading complex organizational projects.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage the Product Backlog for Grow products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Scrum team to deliver value.
• Serve as the voice of the customer and align stakeholders.
• Drive high-value capabilities while ensuring compliance and quality.
