Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is seeking a Product Owner to lead our Scrum team, own the product backlog, and be the voice of the customer shaping features that matter to members. You will collaborate with product sponsors, analysts, and developers to deliver high-value capabilities aligned with business goals, while maintaining strong communication and confidentiality.

This position offers fully remote options and a culture focused on service, development, and work-life balance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• CSPO or PSPO certification required.
• Minimum 3 years on Scrum/Kanban teams and 1 year leading complex integrated projects.
• Superior communication, organization, and confidentiality skills.
