Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is seeking an Agile Product Owner to lead product backlog, act as voice of the customer, and partner with a cross-functional Scrum team to deliver high-value features for Grow products.

In this fully remote role (with option to work from HQ or retail locations), you will collaborate with sponsors, analysts, developers, designers, and operations to ensure solutions meet stakeholder needs while maintaining confidentiality and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of experience required.
• CSPO or PSPO certification required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience on Scrum/Kanban teams.
• Minimum 1 year leading systems/processes/tools for complex projects.
• Excellent communication with all levels of the organization.
