The position emphasizes strong Agile delivery, governance, and stakeholder communication to drive on‑time, within‑budget outcomes across complex financial systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years' experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 10 years' experience in Applications development, applications analysis or systems engineering.
• Experience leading Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Delivery Leads, or PMO functions.
• Knowledge of SDLCs (Waterfall/Agile) and system design.

Responsibilities

• Project and Product Management - Provides direction and oversight to IT projects and products; assigns tasks and drives schedules and releases.
• Managerial Functions - Sets expectations, adjusts IT policies and priorities, and manages staff performance and development.
• Business Support - Directs analysis, testing, scope and cost estimates, and system impact within user requests.
• Technical Expertise - Acts as a strategic leader ensuring security, change controls, and alignment with business needs.
• Vendor coordination - Identifies and manages vendors for system updates and maintenance.
