Job summary

Sprezzatura is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to enable agile delivery in a fully remote US role. You will facilitate Scrum events, coach teams, remove impediments, and promote collaboration across stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

Requirements include 7+ years as a Scrum Master or Project Manager, experience managing a technical product portfolio, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager.
• Experience managing a technical product portfolio and leading a technical team.
• Ability to create and deliver client briefings and status reports.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events (daily standups, sprint events, reviews, retrospectives).
• Foster collaboration and communication across team members and stakeholders.
• Coach teams on Agile principles, practices, and ceremonies.
• Assist the Product Owner in refining and prioritizing the backlog.
• Identify impediments and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve them.
• Improve team processes by applying agile techniques and adapting as needed.
• Promote transparency, collaboration, and open communication.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and drive change.
