Job summary

Growth Acceleration Partners seeks a Senior Scrum Master to foster Agile practices and empower self-organizing teams across LATAM and US-based development groups. You will remove impediments, facilitate ceremonies, and drive continuous improvement with Delivery Managers, Tech Leads, and Product Managers.

In this remote role, you will mentor facilitators, run Agile maturity assessments, and support data-driven delivery. A strong background in Agile methods and offshore collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach leading software teams
• Proven track record guiding cross-functional teams through Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid Agile frameworks
• Experience collaborating with Delivery Managers, Product Managers, and Tech Leads to align roadmaps with sprint commitments
• Hands-on Agile maturity assessments and data-driven continuous improvement using metrics
• Experience working in remote, distributed, multicultural software teams

Responsibilities

• Facilitate core Agile ceremonies and ensure events are productive and time-boxed
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, self-organization, and value-driven delivery
• Identify, track, and proactively resolve impediments to safeguard delivery commitments
• Foster psychological safety, open communication, active listening, and constructive feedback loops
• Define, monitor, and analyze team Agile metrics to support data-driven decisions
• Assess team Agile maturity, design tailored workshops, and mentor emerging facilitators
• Partner with Product leadership to maintain backlog transparency and acceptance criteria
