Job summary

CAI is seeking an experienced Agile Coach/Project Manager to drive enterprise-wide Agile transformations. This remote, full-time role requires coaching product teams, guiding leaders, and aligning delivery with business aims across the enterprise.

The candidate should have 8+ years of Agile coaching experience and credentials like ICP-ACC/ICP-ATF, CSP, or SPC, with strong change management capabilities and Jira expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of Agile coaching experience.
• Experience coaching Agile product transformations in large, complex environments.
• Hands-on experience leading enterprise-wide Agile transformations.
• Strong background in change management and organizational design.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and guide product teams, leaders, and stakeholders through Agile adoption and transformation.
• Enable and support Agile and enterprise transformation efforts in large environments.
• Promote Agile principles to advance large-scale transformation efforts.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and drive continuous improvement across teams.
• Partner with teams to enhance delivery practices and align outcomes with business objectives.
• Coach teams on Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to support Agile practices and principles.
• Own Jira health and governance and support portfolio reporting.
