Job summary

Sprezzatura is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to facilitate agile processes, promote collaboration, and remove obstacles to ensure efficient project delivery. The role emphasizes guiding teams in Agile practices and supporting product backlog refinement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• 7+ years of experience as Scrum Master or Project Manager, delivering web-based projects.
• Experience managing a technical product portfolio and leading a technical team.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate scrum events to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Guide and coach team on Agile principles and ceremonies to drive continuous improvement.
• Assist Product Owner in refining and prioritizing backlog for upcoming sprints.
• Identify and remove impediments hindering progress and coordinate with stakeholders.
