Job summary

PrudentRx is seeking a Scrum Master to enable high-performing delivery pods through disciplined Agile practice and relentless impediment removal. You will ensure ceremonies are effective, the team remains unblocked, and delivery data is actionable.

Within a defined accountability structure, you own how the team executes day-to-day within the sprint, partnering with the Product Owner and Delivery Manager. When capacity allows, you may support business analysis activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent).
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile team lead in a software delivery environment.
• Hands-on proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) for sprint management, backlog tracking, and reporting.
• Working knowledge of GitHub for source control and CI/CD workflows.
• Exposure to or experience leading scrum for Salesforce/Apex, .NET 8+ / C#, or React-based frontend development.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to communicate delivery health clearly to both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.
• Manage and groom the ADO sprint board; ensure work items are accurate, linked, and up-to-date.
• Identify and drive resolution of blockers impeding team progress; escalate cross-pod dependencies when needed.
• Own sprint-level metrics: velocity, burndown, cycle time, and defect rates; provide health data for reporting.
• Coach team members on Agile principles, self-organization, and professional delivery practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Delivery Manager to standardize practices across pods.
