Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Services TechOps Engineer to design, build, and operate AI agent systems across consulting and internal operations. You will own production AI tooling end-to-end, from stakeholder requests to architecture, security review, rollout, and ongoing operation, delivering at amplified velocity and scope.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to implement secure, scalable agentic workflows, using tools like CrewAI/LangGraph/ADK, and you’ll contribute to modernization with AWS,

Qualifications

• Experience using AI agents to deliver high-velocity, cross-functional results.
• Production-scale integration of LLM-based solutions.
• Proficient Python with typing, tests, and CI/CD discipline.
• Systems thinking with full-stack perspective and gated deployments.
• Working knowledge of AWS in multi-account environments (SQS/SNS, DynamoDB, S3, IAM).
• Ability to document and share knowledge effectively.
• Pragmatic delivery within constrained environments, using existing infra and gates.
• Experience integrating AI with Slack delivery surfaces; frontend React/TS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end agentic AI systems design, security hardening, rollout and maintenance.
• Translate stakeholder needs into technical solutions and user experiences.
• Architect multi-agent systems with interoperability, security, scalability and cost controls.
• Define metrics for performance, cost, reliability and decision-maker visibility.
• Deliver within the existing service portfolio, navigate gates and infrastructure.
• Mentor peers and stay current with LLM advancements and agentic frameworks.
• Own production incident response and 24/7 on-call rotation.
