Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Services TechOps Engineer to design, build, and operate AI agent systems that amplify consulting and internal ops teams. You will own production AI tooling end-to-end, from stakeholder requests through architecture, security review, rollout, and ongoing operation.

You will mentor colleagues, stay current with LLM advancements, and contribute to a culture of responsible AI adoption while delivering at amplified velocity and scope within CrowdStrike's Professional Services

Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI-powered production systems.
• Hands-on with at least one agentic framework (CrewAI, LangGraph, ADK) covering lifecycle, tools, memory, orchestration.
• Production-quality Python with type hints, testing, and CI/CD discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead agentic AI systems end-to-end through iterative refinement, owning design, security hardening, phased deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions and seamless user experiences across technical audiences.
• Architect multi-agent systems with interoperability, security, scalability, and cost as primary constraints.
• Define benchmarks for agent performance, cost, and reliability; surface metrics for decision-makers.
• Own incidents and runbooks; participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
