Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Services TechOps Engineer to design, build, and operate agentic AI systems that amplify consulting and internal operations. You will own production AI tooling end-to-end, from stakeholder requests through architecture, security review, rollout, and ongoing operation.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration, define performance benchmarks, and advise on AI strategy while contributing to a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Production-quality Python with type hints, testing, and CI/CD discipline.
• Experience integrating AI with production systems at scale.
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks and multi-agent systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead agentic AI systems end-to-end, including design, security hardening, deployment, and maintenance.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions and user experiences.
• Architect multi-agent systems with emphasis on security, scalability, and cost.
• Define benchmarks for performance, cost, and reliability; support decision-makers.
• Own incident response across a broad service portfolio with on-call rotation.
