You will partner with desktop agents and AI teams, drive improvements across hiring, design reviews, and post-mortems, and mentor engineers to grow technical capabilities while shaping the future of cloud security

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in CS or related field.
• 6+ years building and operating high-volume cloud services.
• Strong knowledge of Go, Java, or similar technologies.
• Ability to move fast, handle ambiguity, and lead cross-team collaboration.
• Experience driving technical decisions and mentoring teams.
