Job summary

SGI is seeking an experienced Agentic AI Conversation Designer to shape the next generation of intelligent customer experiences in a fully remote, East Coast-based engagement.

This nine-month contract focuses on designing voice AI conversations, integrating generative AI capabilities, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to transform contact center operations.

You will create flows, promote usability, and continuously optimize through feedback and metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience designing AI-powered voice assistants
• Experience with contact center transformation projects
• Ability to collaborate across product and engineering teams
• Experience with conversational AI and VUI
• Experience working with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Create conversational flows, dialogue strategies, and user journeys for AI-powered voice assistants.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Define conversation logic, intents, prompts, and escalation paths.
• Support the design and implementation of Agentic AI capabilities within a modern contact center environment.
• Continuously optimize conversations using user feedback and performance data.
• Help shape AI-driven customer and commercial excellence initiatives
