Job summary

Safelite is seeking an Agentic Experience Designer to define intelligent experiences across agentic systems. You will shape how customers, colleagues, and clients express intent and interact with AI-enabled services, collaborating with product management and engineering throughout exploration to production.

You will design interactions that move across conversation, voice, visual interfaces, and human support, while ensuring clarity, transparency, and trust in the experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design, interaction design, UX design, conversation design, content design, or related experience.
• Demonstrated experience designing conversational, AI-enabled, adaptive, or intelligent products in production.
• Strong interaction design across conversation, interface, information architecture, and complex service experiences.
• Strong content judgment to make interactions clear, concise, and natural.

Responsibilities

• Design agentic experiences end-to-end across conversation, voice, visual interfaces, structured inputs, and system actions.
• Define how experiences move across channels based on interaction needs.
• Represent intent, gather context, clarify ambiguity, make recommendations, and communicate outcomes.
• Connect agent experiences to underlying services, processes, and outcomes.
• Establish interaction models with appropriate customer control based on context and risk.
