Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Agent Architect to design and support intelligent workflow solutions for demos, trials, and client rollouts. You will partner with sales and tech teams to translate client needs into effective configurations that boost adoption and showcase platform value.

The role also involves troubleshooting, enablement, and documentation for smooth implementations and post-launch success. Location is Remote - US-based candidates only, with compensation ranging from $120,000 to $130,000

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce and related CRM software.
• Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce administration; Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification preferred.
• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce automations, including record-triggered flows and third‑party Lightning components.
• Project management experience with complex projects and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and respond swiftly during AI/agentic trials.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain advanced agentic flows for demo and trial environments.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify client-specific workflows and agents.
• Lead configuration of AI prompt libraries during trial setup.
• Provide technical guidance to Sales Engineers on demo flows.
• Troubleshoot permission issues and optimize user adoption during trials.
• Customize workflows post-rollout to ensure client success.
• Develop training materials and documentation for internal and customer-facing purposes.

For our client, we are seeking a Agent Architect to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will focus on designing and supporting intelligent workflow solutions for demos, trials, and client rollouts. You will partner closely with sales and technical teams to translate client needs into effective configurations that improve adoption and showcase platform value. The position also plays a key role in troubleshooting, enablement, and documentation to help ensure a smooth experience during implementation and post-launch.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $130,000 annually
