Job summary

First American is seeking an Agency Representative to grow and manage relationships with title agencies nationwide from a remote base in the US. You will drive revenue by expanding accounts, presenting tailored solutions, and maintaining strong client service.

A driver’s license and field presence in the market are required. You will collaborate with Sales and Operations, analyze agency needs, deliver compelling pitches, and train agents on our technology and processes to ensure premium service

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of successful residential Title/Real estate industry experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs and objectives.
• Demonstrates persistence and consistency in pursuing revenues.
• Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
• Flexible and able to adapt strategy to changing conditions.

Responsibilities

• Retain and expand title agency relationships across the region.
• Proactively communicate with title agencies and respond in a timely manner.
• Develop and execute call plans for the assigned area.
• Assess agent needs and present plans to meet them.
• Attend industry events and participate in community marketing efforts.
• Manage title agency accounts, audits, receivables, and remittance issues.
• Understand third‑party title software solutions and train agents on integrations.
• Promote First American technology offerings and provide training to agents.
