Job summary

First American is seeking an Agency Representative to expand and maintain title agency relationships nationwide. This remote role may be based in WA or OR, with regular travel within these states to support business needs.

You will manage accounts, drive revenue, and train agents on our integration options and technology offerings. A valid driver's license and 2–5 years of title/real estate sales experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of residential Title/Real estate industry experience.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Requires a valid driver's license.
• Ability to listen to customers and understand their needs and objectives to better respond and provide solutions.
• Demonstrates persistence and strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Retains and expands title agency relationships within the region.
• Communicates proactively with title agencies and responds promptly.
• Develops and executes a call plan for the assigned area.
• Assesses agency needs and proposes plans to meet them.
• Attends industry events and represents First American in the community.
