Job summary

First American’s Agency Division seeks an Agency Representative to manage and grow relationships with title agencies while servicing orders, billing, and ongoing account needs. You will travel within Washington and Oregon to support regions and clients.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, sales execution, and understanding of our technology offerings to provide training and solutions for title agents.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of residential Title/Real estate industry experience.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Requires a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to listen to customers and understand their needs and objectives to better respond and provide solutions.
• Demonstrates persistence, tenacity and consistency in pursuing revenue opportunities.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Retains and expands title agency relationships throughout region/market area.
• Communicates proactively with title agencies and responds in a timely manner.
• Develops and executes a call plan for the area assigned.
• Manages title agency accounts including policy audits, aging receivables, remittance monitoring and issue resolution.
• Trains agents on our integration options and First American technology offerings.
