Job summary

THINKINK is seeking an experienced Agency Operations & Projects Manager to lead the operations of our B2B communications agency. The role oversees workflow planning, scheduling, resource allocation and delivery accountability across multiple client accounts.

You will partner with leadership, account teams and cross-functional groups to improve visibility, optimize processes and ensure on-time project delivery in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in agency operations, project management or delivery management.
• Strong understanding of agency workflows, client delivery operations and resource management.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across cross-functional teams.
• Experience creating project estimates, scopes of work and budgets within an agency.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage project plans and workflows across multiple client accounts.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables and dependencies across teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and resolve blockers before they affect client work.
• Maintain and optimize the agency’s project management system and templates.
