Job summary

THINKINK is seeking a senior marketing communications and PR professional with expertise in B2B travel and aviation technology. Remote role based in UK or Europe; manage a portfolio of agency accounts, shaping strategy and execution across media relations, content, social and events.

You will work with aviation and travel tech clients, translating priorities into communications strategies, lead proposals, and deliver high-quality work with support from specialists.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of combined B2B marketing, communications and PR with multiple client accounts.
• Specialist in aviation and travel technology with industry knowledge.
• Ability to develop strategies, proposals and plans and drive execution.
• Excellent writing/editing across strategic documents, media materials, executive content, social copy and other B2B marketing communications.
• Experience briefing content, working with writers, and editing outputs to a high standard.
• Strong storytelling and media relations, building journalist relationships.
• Experience leading social media strategies and translating into editorial plans.
• Confidence to advise clients and lead day-to-day account contact.
• Understanding of creative, research and digital production workflows.
• Experience managing multiple accounts, monitoring client health and reporting results.
• Excellent organization and ability to work autonomously in a remote agency.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted counsel on messaging, campaigns, earned media and priorities.
• Develop proposals and strategic plans to support business goals.
• Lead integrated communications across earned media, content, social and events.
• Create concepts and briefs for content and marketing assets with writers and editors.
• Manage company and executive social media strategies and calendars.
• Shape narratives into timely pitches for business, tech, aviation and travel media.
• Build relationships with reporters, editors and influencers in the industry.
• Evaluate conferences, awards and sponsorships and craft submissions.
• Produce regular reports on activity, results, and recommendations.
• Monitor client satisfaction and flag risks early with actions.
