Job summary

THINKINK, located in Illinois, is seeking a Managing Editor & Content Operations Lead to oversee the creation and edit B2B content across multiple sectors including aviation and payment technology.

This part-time role, eventually transitioning to full-time, requires at least 10 years in writing/editing and experience in diverse B2B industries.

You will lead content production processes and ensure high standards through effective feedback and management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional B2B writing and editing experience.
• Minimum 5 years working within a marketing, communications or PR agency environment.
• Experience creating long-form B2B content including articles and reports.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the final editorial reviewer for client-facing content across all accounts.
• Manage content workflows, assignments, timelines, and quality control.
• Coach writers and provide actionable feedback to improve writing quality.
