Orchid Insurance, part of Arrowhead Intermediaries, seeks an Agency Development Manager to expand our agency distribution and drive premium growth. The role focuses on building strong agency relationships, delivering training, and identifying new opportunities across the Florida Tri-County area with remote duties and frequent travel.

You will guide partners on underwriting guidelines, stay ahead of industry trends, and collaborate across teams to keep offerings competitive.

Formación

• 2–4 years in Property & Casualty or related insurance experience.
• Ability to travel frequently for in-person agency visits within the assigned territory.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work in high‑volume environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing agents to drive risk selection and growth.
• Generate premium growth through interactions with agencies via calls, emails, and visits.
• Deliver training and support on systems, products, and underwriting guidelines.
• Manage agency records and communications using Salesforce.
