Job summary

Orchid Insurance, an Arrowhead Intermediaries company, seeks an Agency Services Supervisor to join our team in Tampa, Vero Beach, or remotely. You will provide professional support and leadership to the Agency Services Team, ensuring service, production, and quality goals are met.

You will mentor teammates, review workflows, develop training, and collaborate with Operations to optimize processes while representing Orchid with customers and partners.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• Experience leading or managing others in a service environment.
• Strong emotional intelligence and active listening skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn multiple computer systems.
• Knowledge of insurance underwriting concepts and processing.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues and inquiries promptly.
• Motivate, resolve conflict, coach, and develop teammates.
• Monitor and assign work based on activity to optimize staffing.
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting of team KPI’s and workloads.
• Collaborate with Team Lead and other Operations leaders to optimize workflows.
• Ensure compliance with state and carrier requirements.
• Assist Accounting in carrier discrepancies and reconciliations.
• Audit teammate transactions for accuracy in customer and policy files.
• Create and revise Process Guides for tasks and communications.
• Coordinate new employee training and onboarding.
• Conduct regular performance feedback sessions with team members.
• Manage performance reviews and ongoing development.
