Orchid Insurance, part of Arrowhead Intermediaries, is looking for a dynamic Agency Development Manager for National Partnerships to expand their agency distribution in Tampa or remotely. This role requires a self-starter who thrives on building meaningful connections and solving problems creatively.

Responsibilities include developing relationships with new and existing agents, generating premium growth, delivering training, and collaborating cross-functionally. Ideal candidates should have 2-4 years of Property & Casualty industry experience and be proficient in Salesforce.
