Job summary

DeSHAZO is seeking an Aftermarket Service Sales Manager to execute the service sales role, prospect new customers, and provide aftermarket support throughout the order life cycle. The role emphasizes 80% new business and 20% office work, with remote work supported by admins in the region and a North Carolina territory.

You will travel as needed, maintain CRM logs, prepare quotes, and ensure a high level of customer service across the quote-to-cash process.

Qualifications

• Two years of industrial equipment sales experience or equivalent.
• Degree preferred but not required with relevant experience.
• Experience in overhead crane sales is a plus.
• Positive, professional demeanor with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new accounts and execute the company’s sales strategy.
• Maintain regular contact with accounts in the territory.
• Prepare detailed quotations and manage quotes file.
• Visit sites, gather scope data, and build accurate quotes.
• Travel as required within the territory, including overnights.
• Maintain CRM logs of visits and opportunities.
• Handle credit applications and sales tax info for new accounts.
• Follow safety policies and assist with collections when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
