Job summary

Bigge Crane and Rigging is seeking a motivated Sales Representative for the Intermountain Region, based out of Hudson, CO. You will manage regional accounts, identify opportunities, and close deals, while collaborating with operations and project teams to ensure client success.

The role requires strong communication, industry knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a focus on growth and customer satisfaction across a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of crane, construction, heavy equipment or industrial services sales experience.
• Existing relationships and/or sales experience in the Intermountain region preferred.
• Proven ability to develop new business, close sales opportunities, and maintain key accounts.
• Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed established daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals.
• Develop new business while growing existing customer accounts in the Intermountain Region.
• Build strong relationships via face-to-face meetings, jobsite visits, and ongoing communication.
• Identify customer needs and propose crane, rigging, and heavy lift solutions.
• Promote value-added solutions for complex lifting projects and manage project timelines.
• Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and project management to meet expectations.
