Job summary

CIRCOR International, Inc. is seeking an experienced Aftermarket Sales professional to drive growth across North America for RTK and Schroedahl products. You will analyze installed bases, perform field visits, and lead technical training for partners and end users.

The role emphasizes expanding aftermarket revenue, improving quotation conversion, and delivering accurate short- and long-term forecasts. Remote work is supported with preference for specific US regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of aftermarket sales experience in industrial equipment, valves, or process control industries.
• Strong knowledge of control valves, ARVs, or similar industrial equipment.
• Experience with spare parts, product configurations, and BOM structures.
• Familiarity with value-selling methodologies and customer-focused sales processes.
• Proficiency with CRM, ERP, service portals, and related software.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of end customers across North America and identify opportunities to expand aftermarket business.
• Analyze installed base and determine aftermarket revenue entitlement based on field installations.
• Conduct site visits and plant walk-downs to assess valve conditions and provide maintenance recommendations.
• Deliver technical training, product education, and application support to partners, customers, and end users.
• Prepare spare parts recommendations, operation manuals, and service documentation.
• Document detailed records of customer visits, including findings and opportunities.
• Manage and follow up on all NA aftermarket opportunities for RTK and Schroedahl products.
• Perform win/loss analysis to improve quotation conversion and performance.
• Provide weekly and monthly aftermarket sales forecasts for the NA region.
• Monitor AR performance and assist in reducing overdue balances.
• Ensure channel partner activities comply with trade compliance and regulatory requirements.

• Analyze the installed base of RTK and Schroedahl products across the region and determine aftermarket revenue entitlement based on actual field installations.
• Conduct site visits, plant walk-downs to key end users to assess valve operating conditions, evaluate equipment health, and provide maintenance recommendations to improve reliability and performance.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in aftermarket sales within industrial equipment, valve, or process control industries.
• Strong knowledge of control valves, automatic recirculation valves (ARVs), or similar industrial equipment.
• Experience working with equipment spare parts, product configurations, and Bill of Materials (BOM) structures.
• Familiarity with value‑selling methodologies and customer‑focused sales processes.
• Proficiency in business and service management tools, including CRM, ERP, service portals, and related software applications.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage external customers and channel partners.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively and perform effectively in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
• Experience working directly with end users, engineering teams, maintenance personnel, and channel partners
