Job summary

Pentair is seeking an Aftermarket Regional Sales Manager to cover municipal, industrial, commercial HVAC, and commercial fire suppression pump lines. You will promote aftermarket parts and service through channel partners and end users to drive growth in a fully remote role.

Expect up to 60% travel, interactions with distributors and engineers, and a focus on expanding market share using Salesforce and Office tools. Compensation is commensurate with experience, with incentives possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of sales experience, with 3+ years in parts and service for pumping equipment.
• Proven track record of identifying and winning strategic sales opportunities.
• Excellent technical and business presentations to engineers and facility operators.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, manage, and win new aftermarket parts and service opportunities.
• Coordinate sales development with channel and internal teams.
• Develop partnerships with distributors and direct end users to grow market share.
• Conduct Lunch & Learns with engineers and maintenance teams to influence lifecycle decisions.
• Promote preventive and predictive maintenance to extend equipment life.
• Use CRM (Salesforce) to track opportunities and wins.
• Travel up to 60% and engage at distributors, customers, events and tradeshows.
