Pentair is seeking an Aftermarket Regional Sales Manager to drive growth for pump aftermarket parts and service across municipal, industrial, commercial HVAC, and fire suppression lines. This fully remote role covers the United States with a focus on distributors and end users.

You will identify and win new business, manage sales development with internal teams, and build strong partnerships with channel partners and customers. Expect travel up to 60% with incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of sales experience.
• 3+ years parts and service experience with pumping equipment.
• Proven track record of identifying and winning strategic sales opportunities.
• Strong presentations to engineers & facility operators.

Responsabilités

• Identify and win new business opportunities for aftermarket parts and service.
• Coordinate sales development with channel and internal teams.
• Develop partnerships with distributors and end users to capture market share.
• Conduct Lunch & Learns with engineers and maintenance teams to influence lifecycle cost decisions.
• Promote preventive and predictive services to extend equipment life.
• Use CRM (e.g., Salesforce) to increase the sales funnel and track win-rate.
• Travel up to 60% and participate in meetings with distributors, customers, and at events.
