Pentair is seeking an Aftermarket Regional Sales Manager to cover Municipal, Industrial, Commercial HVAC, and Commercial Fire Suppression pump lines. The role promotes aftermarket parts and service through channel partners and direct to end users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years sales with 3+ years parts & service in pumping equipment.
• Proven track record of identifying and winning strategic sales opportunities.
• Excellent technical and business presentation skills to engineers and facility operators.

Responsibilities

• Directly identify, qualify, manage, and win new business opportunities for aftermarket parts and service.
• Manage aftermarket parts and service sales development in coordination with sales channels and internal teams.
• Capture market share by developing business partnership plans with channel partners and directly with end users.
• Influence life cycle cost decisions by conducting technical Lunch & Learns with engineers, maintenance teams & facility operators.
• Manage and promote preventive and predictive capabilities to extend equipment life and solve pumping problems.
• Increase sales opportunity funnel and track win-rate using a CRM tool (Salesforce).
• Travel up to 60% and attend meetings with distributors, customers, events, tradeshows, etc.
