Pentair is seeking an Aftermarket Regional Sales Manager to drive aftermarket parts and service sales across Municipal, Industrial, Commercial HVAC and Fire Suppression pump lines. This is a fully remote role in the United States, with up to 60% travel and engagement with distributors and end users.

You will qualify opportunities, manage CRM-driven sales processes, and present to engineers and facility operators while growing market share through distributor partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of sales experience with 3+ years in parts and service for pumping equipment or equivalent.
• Strong track record of identifying and winning strategic sales opportunities.
• Excellent technical and business presentation skills, including presenting to engineers, operators and maintenance teams.

Responsabilités

• Directly identify, qualify, manage, and win new business opportunities for aftermarket parts and service.
• Coordinate with sales channel and internal teams to develop sales opportunities.
• Develop plans with channel partners and end users to capture market share.
• Conduct Lunch & Learns with engineers and facility operators to influence life cycle costs.
• Promote preventive and predictive capabilities to extend equipment life.
• Maintain and grow CRM usage to track win rates and opportunities.
• Travel up to 60% for meetings, tradeshows, and events.
