Pentair seeks an Aftermarket Regional Sales Manager to cover Municipal, Industrial, Commercial HVAC, and Commercial Fire Suppression pump lines. The position is fully remote in the United States with up to 60% travel and a focus on channel partners and end users to grow aftermarket parts and service sales.

You will identify and win new opportunities, manage CRM-driven processes, and collaborate with distributors, engineers, and maintenance teams to strengthen relationships and expand market

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of sales experience in pumping equipment.
• Proven record of identifying and winning strategic sales opportunities.
• Strong presentation skills to engineers and facility operators.

Responsabilités

• Identify, qualify, manage, and win new aftermarket opportunities for parts and service.
• Collaborate with channel partners and internal teams on sales development.
• Develop partnerships with distributors and end users to capture market share.
• Support life cycle cost decisions with engineers and maintenance teams.
• Promote preventive and predictive maintenance to extend equipment life.
• Maintain CRM-driven opportunity funnel and track win-rate.
• Travel up to 60% and conduct meetings with distributors and customers.
