Job summary

ZF Group is seeking an Aftermarket Account Manager to maintain ZF as a preferred partner by managing all dimensions for assigned Aftermarket accounts. The focus is on improving customer satisfaction and strengthening relationships by translating the voice of the customer into the right strategy and serving as the central conduit for all customer related activities.

This remote role will oversee territories including New York, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, Maine,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 6+ years in technical/sales, preferably in heavy truck/automotive/Aftermarket sales.
• Commercial Vehicle experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFQ process for all customer requests.
• Execute sales growth strategies.
• Ensure responsiveness to customer needs and communicate across the organization.
• Strengthen the account team to meet internal and external expectations.
• Maintain product development strategies to fulfill customer and market needs.
• Initiate and implement campaigns, projects, and customer events as required.
• Support negotiations with customers, including contracts and promotions.
• Deliver premium service levels across the value chain from development to delivery.
