ZF CV Systems North America LLC in the United States is seeking an Aftermarket Account Manager responsible for maintaining ZF as a preferred partner by managing all dimensions for assigned Aftermarket region/accounts. This is a remote position with oversight of the assigned territories.

You will lead the request for quotation process, execute sales growth strategies, ensure the organization is responsive to customer needs, strengthen the account team, and deliver premium service from product

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in technical/sales background.
• Experience in heavy truck or automotive aftermarket is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Outlook and Teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the request for quotation process for all customer requests.
• Execute sales growth strategies.
• Ensure responsiveness to customer needs and communicate them across the organization.
• Strengthen the account team to fulfill internal and external expectations.
• Maintain product development strategies to meet customer and market needs.
• Support negotiations with customers, including contracts and promotional programs.
• Deliver premium service levels across the value chain from development to delivery.
