Cassia, a nonprofit senior care organization based in Edina, MN, seeks an experienced Minnesota RN for a remote, part-time RN After Hours role. You will triage calls from clinical staff, assess urgent situations, and coordinate care with hospitals, families, and leadership.

Training includes in-person sessions at the Edina corporate office and Cassia sites. Role requires AL experience and readiness to obtain licensure in IA, ND, FL, and CO; desktop tools and EMR proficiency are essential, along

Qualifications

• Must have a current Minnesota RN license and be in good standing.
• Experience in Assisted Living or long-term care settings.
• Director of Health Services experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Triage incoming after-hours calls from clinical staff regarding urgent resident situations.
• Assess, prioritize, and provide clinical guidance for timely care.
• Coordinate care by communicating with hospitals, providers, families, and site leadership.
• Act as an extension of site DHS to support clinical decision-making.
• Document calls, assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the EMR.
• Monitor and respond to calls throughout the entire shift.
• Provide clear, compassionate, professional communication to staff, residents, families.
• Build trust through responsiveness and continuity of care.
