Job summary

Cassia is seeking an experienced RN for an After-Hours RN role to support DHS processes in Assisted Living communities. This is a remote, part-time position in Minnesota, with evenings and weekends. Candidates must hold a current Minnesota RN license and be willing to obtain licenses in IA, ND, FL and CO as needed.

Equipment and remote setup are provided by Cassia. Shifts include Friday 5:00 pm–12:00 am and Sat/Sun 5:00 pm–10:00 pm; pay is $36 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Minnesota RN license in good standing.
• Experience in Director of Health Services or Assisted Living settings preferred.
• Ability to triage calls, coordinate with hospitals, families, and providers.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and strong communication.
• Willingness to travel for training at Cassia sites.

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming after-hours calls from clinical staff regarding urgent resident situations.
• Assess, prioritize, and provide clinical guidance to ensure appropriate care.
• Coordinate care by communicating with hospitals, providers, families, and site leadership.
• Document all calls, assessments, and interventions in the EMR system.
• Provide clear, compassionate communication to Assisted Living staff and families.
