Job summary

Cassia Community in Edina, MN seeks an experienced Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) to support Directors of Health Services in Assisted Living Senior Communities by working in a remote, on-call role. The RN After-Hours position triages clinical staff calls for emergencies and coordinates care with hospitals, families, providers, and site leadership.

Candidates must hold a current Minnesota RN license in good standing and be willing to obtain licenses for IA, ND, FL and CO.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Minnesota RN license and be in good standing.
• Experience in Assisted Living and/or long-term care.
• Director of Health Services experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to obtain IA, ND, FL and CO licenses; training may be required at the Edina office.

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming after-hours calls from clinical staff for urgent and emergent resident situations.
• Assess, prioritize and provide clinical guidance to ensure timely care.
• Coordinate care with hospitals, providers, families and site leadership.
• Document all calls and actions in the EMR system; maintain continuity of care.
