Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year in general office setting.
• Familiar with medical terminology and paperwork preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer after-hours messages from the answering service.
• Address client/employee complaints, workers' comp, or call-offs appropriately.
• Call available employees about open shifts and inform clients of changes.
• Reroute incoming messages for HH clients to the HH nurse/admin on call.
• Maintain internet access and good cell reception at the work location.
