Job summary

Curana Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our National After-Hours Call Team, delivering telephonic care to residents across multiple states during evenings and weekends. This work-from-home role offers autonomy and meaningful impact by providing high-quality clinical direction after hours.

You'll manage high call volumes, perform telehealth evaluations for acute changes, falls, and behavioral health needs, and document encounters in the EMR while coordinating care with facilities

Qualifications

• Master's Degree as a Nurse Practitioner required.
• Current unrestricted NP license in PA and NY; ability to obtain licensure in additional states.
• ANP, FNP, or GNP national certification required.
• DEA licensure / Prescriptive Authority required or able to obtain.
• 3+ years NP experience in acute/geriatric care.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts and document in EMR.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours telephonic care to residents across multiple states.
• Deliver clinical direction and care coordination after hours.
• Document encounters accurately in the EMR per CMS requirements.
• Coordinate with facilities, hospitals, and clinics to ensure timely care.
• Participate in mandatory education and stay current with standards of care.
