Curana Health seeks a Nurse Practitioner to join its National After-Hours Call Team, delivering telephonic care to aging residents across multiple states. You will work from home with an emphasis on high-volume call handling and acute evaluations, ensuring timely clinical guidance during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The role requires an NP with licensure in at least NC/SC (Florida/Georgia preferred) and DEA authority, plus 3+ years in acute/chronic disease management and geriatrics.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree as a Nurse Practitioner and active NP license in required states.
• NP nationwide certification (ANP/FNP/GNP) and ability to obtain DEA/licensure.
• Experience in acute and chronic disease management; geriatrics preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as after-hours frontline support for residents and staff via phone.
• Coordinate care between facilities, hospitals, and clinics using Curana’s telephonic platform.
• Deliver high-quality, cost-effective care addressing acute, chronic, and behavioral health needs with physicians and specialists.
• Document encounters accurately in the EMR per CMS requirements.
• Follow Curana’s clinical protocols and participate in ongoing education and training.
