Curana Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for our National After-Hours Call Team. This work-from-home role delivers telehealth care to aging residents across multiple states, primarily by phone, during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

You will be the trusted clinical voice, providing timely support to residents and facility staff with autonomy and purpose. Shifts run 5pm–8am local time on weeknights, with weekend coverage and holidays as part of the schedule.

Qualificações

• Master's Degree as a Nurse Practitioner
• Current unrestricted NP license in PA and NY and/or MI; willingness to obtain licensure within 30 days for DC, MD, VA, WV
• NP national certification (ANP, FNP, or GNP)
• DEA licensure / Prescriptive Authority
• 3+ years of NP experience
• Clinical background in adult, family, or geriatrics
• Ability to document medical information in EMR

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first line of after-hours support for residents and facility staff, providing direction and medical care over the phone.
• Coordinate care between facilities, hospitals, and clinics using Curana’s telephonic platform.
• Deliver high-quality, cost-effective care addressing acute, chronic, and behavioral health needs in collaboration with physicians and specialists.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and document encounters accurately in the EMR, ensuring CMS compliance.
• Apply Curana’s clinical protocols to support safe, effective treatment in place when possible.
• Participate in mandatory education and training to stay current with standards of care.

Formação académica

Master's Degree as a Nurse Practitioner

Nurse Practitioner national certification (ANP, FNP, or GNP)

DEA licensure / Prescriptive Authority

Current unrestricted NP license in PA and NY and/or MI; ability to obtain licensure in DC/MD/VA/WV within 30 days
