Responsibilities

• Manage after-hours work order verification and vendor dispatch.
• Provide timely quotes and follow up with clients.
• Maintain vendor relations and assign appropriate vendors.
• Ensure timely dispatch of vendors and accurate records.
• Collaborate with clients nationally and escalate as needed.
• Support problem resolution and client relations for multiple projects.
• Weekend/after-hours client follow-up as needed.
