Job summary

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a focus on the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. The role covers after-hours client operations, sales pipeline administration, and onboarding support for a San Diego-based doula services client.

The ideal candidate is warm, organized, and tech-savvy, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience in client operations and administrative support.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with lead follow-up and CRM management preferred.
• Ability to learn new software quickly and work independently.
• AI tools and workflows experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor business lines during shift and follow protocols for after-hours events.
• Maintain lead records, manage follow-ups, and assist with campaigns.
• Set up new clients in systems after contracts are signed and maintain records.
• Schedule interviews, gather information, and support onboarding.
• Document incidents clearly for daytime team and ensure timely handoffs.
