Responsibilities

• Coordinate client and care professional schedules with an emphasis on quality matches.
• Place care professionals quickly in response to call-offs or gaps.
• Anticipate staffing needs and manage scheduling across shifts.
• Maintain client and care professional communications and documentation.
• Log communications and scheduling changes in the Home Instead OS (WellSky).
• Collaborate with team and attend care professional meetings.
