We Care Senior Care, a proud Home Instead franchise in Green Bay, is seeking an After-Hours Supervisor to ensure high-quality client care and efficient scheduling. You will coordinate caregiver rosters, handle call-offs, and match clients with suitable professionals.

This remote role requires living in or near Green Bay, strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to problem-solve across shifts. Join a mission-driven team dedicated to compassionate in-home care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong computer skills with Word, Excel, and scheduling software.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment and discretion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Organized with time-management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules: create and maintain client and care professional rosters with quality matches.
• Responsive placement: quickly place caregivers in response to call-offs and gaps.
• Proactive planning: anticipate staffing needs and maintain smooth operations across shifts.
• Availability & communication: maintain home office presence for rapid responsiveness.
• On-call coverage: participate in periodic overnight shifts for 24/7 support.
• Relationship management: build strong relationships with caregivers and clients.
• Coaching & support: guide caregivers on care plans and company policies.
• Client introductions: facilitate introductions between new clients and caregivers.
• Efficiency & compliance: manage hours, minimize overtime, ensure policy compliance.
• Quality assurance: identify improvements to service delivery and outcomes.
• Documentation: log communications and schedule changes in WellSky.
• Collaboration: participate in team and care-professional meetings.
• Flexibility: cover holidays, trainings, and other assignments as needed.
