Roers Companies is seeking a Compliance Specialist to join our team. The role focuses on processing move-in applications, verifying income and household data, and ensuring compliance before leases are signed.

You will collaborate with site teams to address missing documents and maintain organized records across systems. Ideal candidates have 3–4+ years in affordable housing compliance and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Move-in applications processed within 3–5 business days.
• Input applicant income, assets, and household data per guidelines.
• Ensure move-in files are complete and ready for compliance review.
• Communicate with applicants, residents, and site teams for documentation.
• Maintain accurate records in property management and compliance systems.
• Track status and provide updates to Compliance Leadership and managers.
• Assist with annual compliance reports and resolve deficiencies with leadership.
