Job summary

TrySmartly is building a next-generation consumer lending marketplace and is seeking an Affiliate Partnerships Manager to own day-to-day partner programs, launch campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize offers across networks.

You will work closely with the COO and Co-founder, manage partner communications, and develop recurring reports to demonstrate impact. This role offers a direct path to leadership as the partner function scales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in affiliate marketing, partner or account management, or similar role with campaign responsibility.
• Comfort communicating with partners and managing expectations.
• Strong numerical ability; build and read dashboards and explain trends clearly.
• Attention to detail to avoid misconfigurations and ensure accurate tracking.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day affiliate and partner campaigns, placements, offers, and pacing.
• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of partners; run regular check-ins and performance reviews.
• Build and maintain recurring partner and internal reports on volume, conversions, revenue, and source quality.
• Coordinate onboarding of new partners, ensure tracking and QA, and maintain compliance with TCPA/CCPA/FCRA and program rules.
