Zip is seeking a commercially minded Affiliate & Partnerships leader to own end‑to‑end affiliate programs and partner marketing initiatives. You will develop strategies, negotiate opportunities, launch campaigns, analyze performance, and drive revenue growth.

You'll collaborate with Marketing, Growth, Product, and Account Management to align opportunities with Zip's goals and expand our third‑party ecosystem. This role rewards autonomy and fast action.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years of affiliate, partnership, or performance marketing experience with a track record of revenue ownership.
• Demonstrated ownership of a channel, product line, or revenue vertical end‑to‑end.
• Deep fluency with affiliate networks and monetization ecosystems.
• Strong commercial acumen linking activity to business outcomes.
• Data‑driven with ability to build insights and dashboards.
• Influential collaborator across marketing, product, and sales.
• Experience in fintech, BNPL, e‑commerce, or marketplace contexts.
• Ability to translate complex strategies into clear actions.

Aufgaben

• Own affiliate programs end‑to‑end: strategy, targets, and execution.
• Coordinate campaign and product launches with partners.
• Lead optimization of campaigns, networks, and revenue pacing.
• Manage third‑party advertiser relationships and activation plans.

• Advise leadership on affiliate insights and channel strategies.
